Credit Packs

DFinePrint sells one-time credit packs that you spend on business acquisition analyses. Credits do not expire. Each analysis consumes 10 credits.

Refund Window

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase for any unused credits on your account. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Refund eligibility ends 7 days after the purchase date.
• Refunds are calculated on the unused portion of your credit balance at the time of the request.
• Credits already consumed by completed analyses are non-refundable.
• The signup grant of 10 free credits is not refundable (no purchase to reverse).

How to Request a Refund

Email info@ashveq.com from the email address on your account, include your purchase date, and we will process eligible refunds within 5 business days.

Service Issues

If a technical issue prevents an analysis from completing, the credits spent on that analysis will be returned to your balance automatically. If that does not happen, contact support and we will restore them.

Free Tier

New accounts receive 10 free credits at signup, enough for one business analysis with up to 2 documents. Free credits are not refundable in cash because no payment was made.
